I have over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with various struggles, including managing depression, anxiety, life transitions, psychosis, trauma, and chronic mental illness. I offer traditional talk therapy as well as art therapy to foster insight and reflection. I have particular experience working with people who struggle to find meaning and purpose in life, as well as artists who find it difficult to reconnect with their creative process. For artists and non-artists, the creative process often aids in envisioning what changes are necessary for positive growth, and fosters the work towards understanding and knowing the authentic self.
